How do I give the king access to souls?

It's one of the enemy sites you have to capture. If you don't see it, then that request is not gonna get filled, you take the hit & move on.

Thanks Tink! I have always played with the sites hidden, so I guess I will have to get lucky when the King is feeling "soulful". ;)

It looks like a little grave on the overhead map, by the way, in case you want to ever scan for it in regions you've gotten near to.

And when you go there, it is called a crypt at the bottom left.
