Statues

I dont seem to get my stonecarver to make statues.

Cant i use imported small statues to carve a statue?

Well, first a bricklayer has to put the base down, then an overseer and laborers have to get the rough statue over to the base. Once that is all set, the stone carver should head over to chisel it to completion. Have you got all of this going on?

I found my problem. Small statues on one island and carver on another and no barges. so problem solved.
