placing Barge landing in Tut 3

I am doing Tut 3 and it wants me to place a second barge landing on the island to the west of the city wereever i Try I get the not able to place icon see oic . what am I doing Wrong

Yeah, I had some trouble with that one, too. In the end I was able to place it further down the coast line.

Just keep moving that landing placement ghost along the coast line until you find a spot. Landing spots are not always where you might like them to be, i.e., close to your city.

after goining round the island 5 times finally found a spot that would allow the landing :D
