Overseers and Laborers

How many laborers can be covered by 1 overseer and if I have two overseers' houses together and my laborers surrounding them, will the game just pick which laborers listen to one overseers and which laborers listen to the other? :rolleyes:

I had 16 covered by one overseer :rolleyes: once. I'm sure that there could be more but I never tried. They work in shifts, the higher you go. One overseer say...7am to 12 and 12 to 8 or close to that.

Samstein12345: There's no explicit connection between overseers and laborers. Any overseer may trigger any next-available laborer on a project.
