Sorry if this is answered somewhere else, but is there a list of new and innovative features coming with Caesar IV? I'm hoping the game has new features other than a big graphics update(looks good btw...:))

Check out the developer's Caesar IV site (http://www.caesariv.com). The FAQs have a "Series Fan" section that mentions several features that are new to Caesar III players. Other sections of the site mention features of the game in general.
