The attached is a cropped screenshot from GameSpy that shows several industrial buildings closeup. Let's number them 1 through 4 for the ones on the left, starting with the one closest to the front. The one on the right, that only partially shows will be #5.
I'm not sure what the reddish brown stuff is in the basket, but they need ovens or kilns to make whatever it is. At first I thought tomato sauce, but of course they didn't have tomatoes. Clay in baskets? I'll guess pottery.
This one seems easy. Purple in baskets = grapes. Covered stomping area. Winemaking!
Blue stuff in trays? The only thing I can think of is fish. And it needs an oven. Didn't Romans make some sort of fish sauce that they put on everything? I'll guess fish sauce factory. (If it is, I hope they give it a better name than that. :( )
This one looks like there's a stack of wood in the yard. Maybe a woodcutter or more likely a furniture shop with a supply of wood.
This one is really hard to tell with just a partial. The green might be olives, but I just don't have a feel for it.
Feel free to guess away or comment. :)

i strongly believe that the last one is an olive press.
there were other image(s) for that somewhere.

here is a another one i found concerning the fifth building which i think is the olive press. i cropped another industry sector (most likely the same one) with some more industries.

Could you crop it more so we could focus on that last building?Unfortunately, that's the corner of the image so that's all you can see of it in that screenshot. I didn't cut anything out.
Maybe it's just a Fish factory, where you buy fish.Fish would usually just go from the wharf to a granary (maybe) and then to market. Why a factory that needs an oven?
Added: Yes, prof786. It is that area only reversed. You can see part of the warehouse in the original corner and #5 is actually the yellowish building with all the barrels of olives (?). I did a crop with just those specific ones.

1) Pottery Shop
2) Winery
3) Fish something that needs preparation. A fishery should not be in the middle of the city, but near the water. Fishery/Fish Shop elsewhere.
4) This one upsets me. If Furniture Shop, then no Lumber Mill cuz it has logs. Should be a two-step process. I wouldn't expect a Lumber Mill in the middle of the city. OK, perhaps we can import either logs or lumber. Still it should have only lumber for a Furniture Shop. I want Tree Cutters, Lumber Mill & then Furniture Shop, TM. Furniture Shop.
5) Unknown. Would expect jars & visible press for olive oil. Food something that requires preparation.
6) Bottom right ~ Storage Yard
It looks like we have Market Buildings for finished goods & food & perhaps Merchant Center Buildings for Imported Traders. Multiple spaces in each building. Not separate shops.
Have you seen the Storage Yards with what looks like rocks in them?
Lower left ~ Two each of the same type building. No idea. More industry also. One has to be Clay Diggers. Can't be residences, cuz there's not enough of them, right?
Whoops! Jim's & Prof's images ARE next to the water, as is my first image! Second image shows there other images are taken, way in the distance near the water. There has to be a dock there for water imports/exports.
Oh, forgot something else, Jim! Guess what's missing from the NEW images? Alleyways & all the tiny separate shops (or attached separate shops to be more accurate. Some were on fire.)!
Process of elimination. 5) has to be Olive Oil.
Middle of both of my images. HUGE Building ~ Forum
Next to Forum in second image ~ Governor's Mansion
Right of Governor's Mansion & a bit closer in second image ~ Senate. Senate should be HUGE, but I can't find anything that looks like a big Senate. This is the Elite section of the city & the Senate should be here.

OK, perhaps we can import either logs or lumber. Still it should have only lumber for a Furniture Shop. I want Tree Cutters, Lumber Mill & then Furniture Shop, TM. Furniture Shop.In the concept art of the fan kit they have a timbercutters house, so I think they'll have that at least. It looks like sawn finished lumber to me in the picture, but its hard to tell at this distance.
Have you seen the Storage Yards with what looks like rocks in them?I thought it might be wool.
Lower left ~ Two each of the same type building. No idea. More industry also. One has to be Clay Diggers. Can't be residences, cuz there's not enough of them, right?I thought those might be agricultural harvesters' homes or workyards. The olive and grape harvesters are dispatched from them.
Oh, forgot something else, Jim! Guess what's missing from the NEW images? Alleyways & all the tiny separate shops (or attached separate shops to be more accurate. Some were on fire.)!I noticed the alleyways seemed to be gone. I don't know if they abandoned the idea or this builder just didn't go overboard like the other one did. Every building in the old ones had an alley way between them! :D
Middle of both of my images. HUGE Building ~ ForumI've been fascinated by that building since the first screenshots. In one of the new ones you can almost see inside. There's a smaller structure inside the courtyard and two statues on columns which look to be similar to winged victory, with laurel wreaths. Nike maybe? I don't think it's a forum. Forum to me is just a general term meaning marketplace, with political buildings thrown in. There are at least 3 of these in the city shown in the new screenshots. In front, there are 4 banners with spaces for 6; could that be signicificant? I was thinking something to do with the military or remotely something to do with a mausoleum for the wealthy, but I don't think Romans did that. (I've attached 2 images to be sure we are talking about the same one. ;) )
Next to Forum in second image ~ Governor's MansionTotally agree. (Image attached.)
Right of Governor's Mansion & a bit closer in second image ~ Senate. Senate should be HUGE, but I can't find anything that looks like a big Senate. This is the Elite section of the city & the Senate should be here. That is the basillica (courthouse). Its in the fan kit by name. Its repeated a few times in different areas. I haven't seen anything that would be the equivalent of the senate. Perhaps they aren't doing that since I believe the senate only existed in Rome. Maybe the governor's mansion serves the purpose the senate used to? (Image attached.)

does any of the above images qualify as a public town hall?

I never downloaded the Fan Kit! Besides the Fan Kit has been thrown into the Recycle Bin! :D
I went down the C3 Building List (http://caesar3.heavengames.com/buildings/admin.shtml) & tried to find them!
Forum
Due to the fact that the Forum is a government structure, its desirability is thus high. By placing many of these buildings in strategic areas with access to an adjacent road and housing area(s), your city's tax collection coverage is increased.
Cost: 75dn
Employs: 6
Senate
Senate is a stately center of wealth and power, and one of your most desirable buildings. Like forums, it too requires adjacent road access and also employs tax collectors, and stores the money that they bring back.
Cost: 400dn
Employs: 30
I thought those might be agricultural harvesters' homes or workyards. The olive and grape harvesters are dispatched from them.
I concluded they are next to the water. ;)

I haven't even started to look for tax collection buildings. Surely, they will be one of the most important buildings in the game! :D

About the alleyways...
Too many decisions for your people & TM threw it out cuz of "Deciding what to do" hesitations? ;) :D
That's a pretty impressive plaza in front of that just a "basillica", Jim.
Whoops: I just found the others in other images. Maybe not. :(
