In this scenario you will re-create the battles and build the monuments of Snefru.

Woud this be North Dashur or South Dashur?

Note the subtle Pharaoh reference. ;) :D

This one is very tough, Grad. Prestige is very hard to get. Grand Obelisks are waaay too cheap & there is nothing to do with them. You are EVIL. :)

PS ~ I walked away from the game for a bit too long last night... :D

I am sorry you walked away.

I didn't quit, Grad. I NEVER quit. That was not my point. I overquarried a bit! I went out to the Balcony for a smoke, met some friends & forgot the game was still running.

Statues, Statues, Statues and pyrmaids.

You have to force me to build pyramids. :p You didn't. ;) :D

Any game that requires me to have an army, I ALWAYS build my army before I go exploring.:)

I couldn't remember how to save a picture of my success screen :o

Anyway, I've just finished this on normal with the following stats:
43 years
302 prestige
1014 people
Perfect city satisfaction.

For info, I built:
6 grand obelisks
1 large pyramid
2 medium pyramids
2 small pyramids
4 very small pyramids
Around 50 statues
10 mastabas, varying sizes.

I was going great guns, seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, on about 200 prestige, when 2 pharoahs died in very quick succession... grrr!

This was hard!

Thanks for playing my game. I just hate it when the pharaoh's die and I am close to winning the game.

Reload your save. Hit Scenario Info Button & you will get a new Win Screen, Jobluenose. Take two snapshots to be sure. From there, hit Continue Play to get back to your city. Then POST it! :)

This is what I always do, Grad. After snapshots of the Win Screen, I go back to my city & make my final game save. Then, if in a Campaign, back to the Win Screen (Scenario Info Button AGAIN) & hit Proceed to continue the Campaign. :)

I was hopeful that you would post some of your screenshots. I like to see the different ways the same city can be built.

Finally! I think I had 4 Pharaohs die after my Prestige exceeded 200. What a challenge to overcome so late in the game. Probably should have taken Tinks lead about withholding stone carvers, but I still managed.

Another great scenario, thegrad.

The WIN shot has a couple of abandoned fine limestone blocks. Seems I read about someone else having this issue. There was a third, but it was picked up a year or so after it was abandoned.

Thank you for playing the game, I know what you mean about Pharaoh, I just hate it when I am so close to wining and then take a big hit on the prestige.
Great looking city.
