The upgrade button for the market doesn't actually appear as long as you have another building under construction. It gets replaced by the "[currently working]" label. Because of the amount of information on the market screen the upgrade button is squished into the line immediately below Rankings ¦ ...

If you want to run some tests it helps to know what world you are on and where about you are in it ;)

I could do it in Theoris but if you are days away then it's not really practical.

Make sure they have a wand in their hand ;)

The autoequip feature for followers is pretty silly, it gives melee equipment to guards you have upgraded to archers and to spellslingers like herbalists.

Yeah but is it so hard for the same guy to put up a couple of 50s and a couple of 100s at the same time? Midzi you could consider buying more than you need and putting the balance back on the market (if you want to use the market that is). You could fund the intial overbuy by putting some of your g...

I recently sold raw materials for 4 and 5 per. The reason, I wanted and needed a quick sale. The stupid thing is that I cannot buy something for 25 or 50 pieces only, I once asked from someone who was only selling iin bulks of 500 and 1000, the prices for those are too high for me - I dont even hav...

There is a saying...you always get ready for the last war :) On the other hand if you want to fight, it could be useful to dig out the force composition of the last attack and build up your forces accordingly. Then you presumably have your 60% attack bonus from a complete monument and as the forces ...

Let's see, I'm back on COTN for about the 3rd or 4th time. I also am giving Evony a try, though I'm not impressed so far. I'm going to restart chocolatier 2 again at some point (had the full version on my old computer & now can't find where I earned it to download free). Then when I'm bored I usual...

On the other hand you gotta admit, the attacker is too good informed about the monument defense. In short distance attacks that is an advantage the defender can't compensate. But let's try to be constructive: What would be a solution for that? Howw about actually reading the suggestion threads inst...

I like that, perhaps a requirement that you can only uncheck 2?? choices? Exactly, one of the reasons I did not continue with my Sabah restart after immortality was I had the bad luck to get Leather. Since I'd already gone down the Leather, Bronze, Gold, Oil road first time around and I had Cedar f...

You can Choose your second resource within less than two weeks of starting, all you have to do is found your second city. Allowing a choice of the first would create all sorts of distortions. I would like the game to remember what resources I've started on and give me less chance of getting them as ...

I hate to use the word because it has so many different meanings to numerous groups, but what I love about hinterland is it is a "Casual" game. It's easy to jump into for 10 minutes, or 100 minutes. I find myself regularly having it running on the PC while doing something else. Then I can switch to ...

You can get starvation events if you don't have at least a day of food stored.
The villagers get their food ration first thing in the morning, but they don't deliver any food they produce until later in the day. So if you use say 10 food a day and only have 7 stored you can hit trouble.

I've had level 17 skeletons with level 5 necromancers and level 21 dragons with L7ish herders. Of course the only issue with that is keeping your necro/herder at the edge of combat so they don't get one shotted by some L12/13 nasty while having them close enough in that the dragons and skeletons joi...

Currently mostly Sims 3 and Sim City 4
Before that Port Royale 2, Patrician 3, Dungeon Keeper and a bunch of other oldies

Demigod sounded interesting but it sounded 90% multiplayer and I prefer my opponents to be silicon.
