Hi there DustysMomma! I read your cry for help on the other forum :) I actually have no clue what's going on there. I'm not sure whether reinstalling Firefox will have you start with a new profile. You could (re)move the profiles manually, but then you'll have to dig into a maze of what's Windows' u...

Nefercau, you could try and create a new profile (either move/rename your current profile - "C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles", or start Firefox with " -ProfileManager").

Heh, did you delete your post or something? (and something went wrong with the first 'Source code' line and 'srvclock' showing up in the second bit.

Anyway, I already answered; enable the PNO script (with it loading first) and check again.

I never thought of that. Cleared it, disabled Play Nile script. Refreshed tab and this is what I got. I have a strange problem. I cannot get Fairtrade to work on my Windows 2000 computer but it works just fine on my XP. I am using McAfee firewall, Firefox, Greasemonkey, Greasefire, NoScript, ABP, etc. - the same on both computers. I have the current Java This is a fresh build on a new hard drive. A...

It happens to me too. I believe it happens when one is changing from one city screen to another, if the outpost button is clicked too soon, the details haven't "caught up". At least that is what I have deduced. Going back to the city screen and clicking the outpost button again normally works fine....

It looks like Pegasus' server is a bit slow to react. After a little while the install script popup opened for me though.

Gratz Ken, welcome to the underworld!

Shame you weren't the first 1st rank to go Immortal on Theoris. Though considering all the attacks you had to endure, costing you massive amounts of bread (which I think the other 1st rank player didn't have to deal with), it's still quite a feat!

This was fixed a while ago... Hi there, rising up from my tomb for one post about this... Any chance you only prevented the (previously unchecked) client-side loophole that allowed people to attack their own monuments by swapping out site IDs? Since that's the way I reported it before. But another ...

ArmEagle, I feel quite sad at the news that you're leaving NO. I've been playing the game a few weeks now, and one of the first WOW!-type things I found on the forums was your script, which improves the playability of the game several thousand percent! And of course the associated thread, which exp...

Is the download link working for anyone? It just hangs on "fetching user script" for me. I just updated the link in the first post to point directly the download from Pegasus' website. I'll repeat it here: http://pegasus.pimpninjas.org/nileonline/pno-GMscript.user.js That link works fine for me (Ma...

Man, I have no idea what happened, but *exactly one line* in the file managed to get all smashed to lowercase, causing exactly that symptom. I fixed it and updated it, but without a version bump as this was just a complete aberration. If you're experiencing this problem, go through the motions of u...

"abana" wrote:What about if the player could choose "BEP to ..."?

Of course that is technically possible. But until now all options are toggles, so you only have two 'states'. And I think there are at least three possible situations here.

ArmEagle, thanks for all your hard work on this! Enjoy the afterlife :) Pegasus, for some reason, I'm not getting a BEP on my sculpture or sandals shops. I never really noticed before :o Nor do you on several other shops (at least all luxuries). With two inputs it isn't easy to find a BEP. Some peo...

No, 0.16% is correct:
400 / 250 000 = 0.0016
(and you can multiply that by 100 to get to 0.16, since it's percents)

Well, hello everyone. I've traded for all my luxuries (with some help from Tefnut, a great trading mongol, to get the last cosmetics easily) and am now just collecting my last 12k of jewelry from my jewelry shop. But then I've got all it takes to go Immortal a second time, and hopefully still be the...

So Arm which one are you in the photos? Were you at the 2008 Codemasters one? I was there yes. As I said, we've been doing this for 10 years now. First two years was WAN with only a few 100 people on a forest-camping ground. That was very cozy (back in '99 we were even using BNC still). Then they h...
