Game Etiquette?

Please cease the personal attacks - see below. Maybe others have a different point of view. I'm sorry that you are so easily offended and I'm sorry that I, like many others, have grown weary of the attitude. Thank you.

:( Does anyone have any sort of contact with this player? He's been inactive for months and months. His use of the markets for storage of vast amounts of most (if not all) products at ridiculous prices is not contributing to the game. I know of players who will store products on the market for a sho...

If you have people in the exchange, it takes more bread, and if you are producing soldiers, they eat. Yes, I know that the exchange and the soldiers eat up more bread than normal; but that doesn't seem to be the case for what I'm talking about. Maybe I've missed some little wrinkle that others have...

Peasant Payment?

Do some functions that use labor cost more bread than others? I have all of my cities working at full capacity yet my "extra" bread is increasing at different rates. My bakeries are all set at the same labor. Any ideas?

Envoys - Again?

I'm opening a new thread on the topic since the other one veered off into the ozone with players taking shots at each other. The question this time is quite simple: now that we know which "prizes" come with which missions, what good do the prizes do a player since they cost resources to acquire? Any...

Most of that stuff makes sense. Looks like I'll be wasting a lot of ships in my capital. Better make sure that there is a lot of cedar and shipfitters available there. Thanks.

Envoys?

Has anyone figured out envoys? What I mean is that are certain treasures alloted to certain explorations. For example, when I explore my Nome I tend to get linens or flowers. Does that mean that if I want to get wine or monkeys I need to Journey to Punt? Maybe blades are restricted to Mediterranean ...

But only if Ramzez goes immortal and makes room in the top 100 rankings for someone else.

My point exactly. Unless you have 4 L22 cities and a bunch of bread you'll NEVER get any sort of ranking until some of the 4L22ers go immortal. They're just sitting there making bread and doing little else.

Rankings

Wouldn't it be nice if those players with four L22 palaces went immortal so some of the rest of the gamers would have a shot at a decent ranking? Their egos have already been satisfied enough. Now they are just sitting there making bread and not really playing the game at all.
