Re: retiring soldiers ?

you can build new homes for priests, scribes, crafts, overseers, etc. to move farmers out of existing houses so that vagrants can move in. it's a slow process and you may still have a handful of vagrants left but it's a sure way to move people to new homes. also, i wonder if you can directly make va...

Anybody streaming on Twitch?

Sometimes I like to check out Twitch streams during free time. I have seen a few folks streaming city building titles. Does anybody on the forum stream games on Twitch? I'm planning on setting up a Twitch stream and I might play some of my city building titles.

yes, vagrants don't really do that much harm. when i played the iunu mission, most of the vagrants had moved to buildings i had built in three to four years. they just take up space and you'll only want to adjust your city layout around them if you don't want to demolish the vagrant houses at the st...

if they're across the river, the overseer and laborers can ferry themselves without the need for a local barge. when the laborers want to cross with the granite or basalt or any other quarry, then you need a local barge to carry the piece across the river. at least, that's how i believe it works in ...

do you have townhouses and luxury shops in your city? if you do, then is the school placed close enough to those houses? most of your students will come from that section. they will also come from scribe, overseer, and commander houses. also, you can upload your files and screenshots while you're ma...

my suggestion would be to focus on producing more of your special luxury material, have enough space in warehouse, and extend the reach of your market.

you good will bring you much bread later on as more cities grow in your local nomes.

and do produce lots of jewelry! you're gonna need it.
