How many inactives are in the top 100 in Sabah?

I have just randomly checked some of the players in the top 100 rankings because I had noticed that since January this year a high ranking player in a nome near me had never been active.... I have found lots and lots of inactives in the rankings on Sabah - I guess that they bought the 'disable inact...

Sabah definitely needs something to help it.... Market (10 nomes above/below): 1 listings for gold (lowest: 6/per), 2 listings for henna (lowest: 4/per), 1 listings for kohl (lowest: 10/per), 1 listings for oil (lowest: 10/per) This is the state of the market for 21 nomes in my area [the henna is mi...

But this is not good enough! And the tragic thing is, it could so easily be fixed: [snip] Don't you think that this would attract more paying players? I think that anybody who wants to play a PvP game plays Ikariam or any other of those sorts of games where the long-term players just grief and bull...

Ok... let's say I'd build 2 monuments.... and then? PvP? None! Arm wrestling with others? None! Challenge? None! Or is there something I miss? How would your mano-a-mano look like? Explain. Uhm, building monuments IS NOT PvP, by the way. You have never PvPed. You don't even know to PvP. Cut that cr...

lynnk, your posts are all over this forum section. ;) I'm glad you have adjusted to the reality of PvP a bit, but you still have a ways to go. All vaild points, all part of PvP. This is the game we got, lynnk. I want more, you want less. TM makes the final decision on the future of Nile Online. Kee...

Howdy, lynnk! snip However, to be fair, your real complaint is that there is any PvP in this game at all ...[/i][/size] Sorry - I do not think you can have read my op - try again and you will see that what you accuse me of is not true ;) My points regarding the PvP in this game are: 1. Nobody can h...

That's a wrong assumption. You cannot buy the ability to get and keep a monument with real money. You can buy this asset by ingame efforts only: spending ingame resources to win a monument and spending resources and bread to defend it. Your real money doesn't matter at all. And that is good. Let me...

Not that it's much consolation, but what you bought was not the monument, but the ability to create or upgrade a monument. So you can steal it right back or create a new one without spending more scarabs. Your "neighbor", on the other hand, won't be able to upgrade the one he stole without spending...

Serious problems with the game....

The PvP in this game is more than broken - it actually allows people to get monuments without paying for any scarabs - so Tilted Mill are actually shooting themselves in their pockets/bank balance with it.... I have bought extra scarabs - but now a nome neighbour who has bought none has taken the mo...

Yes you are right in my experience [and my trading partners too ;) ] there are absolutely no bandits in Theoris - even in nomes that are literally full up with high level palaces - whereas in Sabah the bandit events are continuous and appear in undeveloped nomes - and they tend to reappear within 24...

This is true & the total number on the entire planet Earth looks to be about 3000 max (rest of the 5000 Nile Online players like me are just hanging on cuz we are TM fanz), while World of Warcraft has millions of warmongers & makes Blizzard TONS of money. If TM wants Nile Online to die, then all th...

You just don't get a word, do you? a) and what should the recipient do with the stuff? have you ever thought about that a level 4 player's warehouse is so full after 200 shiploads that he can't produce anything any more for days? once again: the recipient scrolling the sender doesn't make sense, do...

No, I'm talking about particular cases. One level 4 newbie in Sabah received a shipment of a high ranker who should have been burried long before, 100 shiploads. Unasked. The newbie dumped it in a nearby place that was abandoned. Took some effort though, as he only had a handful of ships. A day lat...

And so many players do it without asking the poor victim if he appreciates... I'm talking about "care packages" (tons of sh/it) for newbies. Do you think that's the right thing to do? Hello :) Have you examples of this or is it just hearsay :) ? Obviously if somebody sends somebody they do not know...

A bit of pressure can be very constructive, too, you probably do already know that, do you? Gives you some drive... The whole conception of life is built on pressure, ain't it? Idea of evolution etc. ;) Whatcha think about this metaphor: You swim 10-20% faster when you sense sharks behind you. Thou...

Personally - one of the really lovely things I like about Nile Online is how people are able to gift things to other players - I think this makes the game so much better than any other :) :) :)

I prefer a game with little or no military game-play - mainly because I do not enjoy brute force... I prefer co-operation and constructive things more than bashing and destroying ;)
