OK this is the first CoTN scenario I have played after a 1-2 year hiatus, and I have to say, It was a blast. I generally build small cities anyway so this was nice and fun. I kept having problems with my palace prestige until I remembered that state festivals allow Pharaoh to fill up on hippo canape...

I have been on and off these forums for a couple of years now and can say that it has been one of the nicest and civil forum in gaming. I haven't really ever seen the need for a mod since whenever problems have surfaced they either get dealt with by those who most actively use the forums, of if some...

A way to contact your attacker

I think that there should be a way to at least look at the player profile of the person who has attacked your monument. I think it could simple be a hyperlinked name in the combat log or perhaps a popup over the monument like there are for cities.

What about barley that could be made into bread and BEER. Egyptians for the most part invented beer and leavened bread (at least for the continent of Africa). Perhaps beer could give bonuses to your population growth but penalize some production efficiancy

Well i notice when using the old ie at work that the grey boxes around the buildings are square to the screen whereas the builings are at an angle, so the real problem is that you are clicking that corner of the palace square that rests invisible over the temple. might get fixed at the end of the be...

I don't think that people aren't building monuments it's just that if you are also selling a portion of your limestone and trying not to feed 100+ laborers then monument building simply takes time. I have been continuously quarrying since I frist captuerd my monument plot, selling about 1-1.5k a day...

Great INtentions, bad idea, because if you just decrease monument plots them it will just force established players to take over monuments in further out less developed nomes, not a good idea for growth and mobility. But, if monument were instead locked when completed, over time plots would become s...

Ignoring everyone but one person might be kinda nice sometimes, since you often want to have a real-time conversation, for which scrolls are a bit too fiddly and involve refreshing or navigating away and back. But then again the scroll wall is already a bit crowded already and seeing a bunch of unfi...
