Only one of certain townspeople?

So I've been dismissing all the visitors that come into my town to get a higher turnover, to get what I want. And it seems like if you dump everyone at once, you get back the same spread of visitors every time. In particular I'm looking for multiple acolytes so I can have someone praying and researc...

Shift + eft click will sell an entire stack of an item.

Localizing in different languages takes quite a bit of time and $$. Not sure if their plans to offer it in other languages is based on how well it sells, or if that's just coming later.

So after about 3 hours of play I left the game on pause and took an hour nap or so. When I came back to the game and unpaused, it was running pretty choppy and I had some black texture shearing going on even while paused. Hadn't seen any of that while I was actually playing it. Memory leak? I attach...

Stopped in to say: great job guys. Granted, you didn't have huge budgets for top end graphics and what not, but the game play seems rich. I really like how you went all out on the items, thought up interesting village roles, put in lots of upgrades for them, and gave leveling some depth beyond "you'...

Much <3 for Mount & Blade. If you're waiting for Hinterland to come out, go play the free trial of M&B. You can kill a week easy with it. I'm guessing there are have been some last minute changes to the game that are delaying it getting uploaded to Steam. Or a financial dispute. Or something. ><

It's "Steam" not "Stream". Steam is an online service where you download games and licenses from them. You need the internet, plug in your credit card info and download the game and it's key. After that point you don't need an internet connection to continue playing the game. I imagine a week or two...

a fan since Dune 2

Enemy APPROACHING.

The length and breadth of the Civ and Tribal phases were a serious disappointment to me. I wish more of the game was intuitively fun like the cell stage. I guess it's easier to make something truly interesting in 2d than it is in 3d.

I think the combat looks interesting. More of an RTS driven by single unit types rather than purely a hack n' slash game.

Good stuff, I like how the game pauses when you loot. Can't wait for the release! Only gripe, the hearts above the heads when damage is taken looks a leeeetttllle bit chintzy.

I'm not a fan of Direct2Drive. I tried to download a copy of Civ from it a year or two ago, and the *******s charged me for it but then refused to allow my download. I'm old school as well I guess, I want physical copies.

All around it's a fun game if you enjoy making stuff and watching it go. Serious gamers that want something strategically challenging with a lot of layers of complexity will be disappointed. The Space phase is fun and you can kill hours and hours dinking around with it, but in the end the game play ...
