Time displayed on screen. My Sabah rank changed in the past 10 minutes from the time of this post. When it is calculated however, I do not know. Clarification: the change showed sometime between 12.51 and 12.57 UK time - which I believe is 6.51-6.57am Eastern Standard, or server time. It was not "on...

I think it is about 1.30am/pm server time, if that helps. Depends which server. I think that is for Theoris (but 1.30 Eastern Daylight Time). I would guess that Aga is talking about Sabah which usually updates for me around 6.30 am/pm Eastern Standard Time. It may be that the snapshot is taken at 6...

I haven't tested theories on how ranking works with rigorous scientific method. I've been trying various strategies and making observations. My experiences match Tink's pretty closely with the following caveats. ⋅ Number of employed workers counts towards rank. Rank continues to improve a...

Both. Once you have purchased scarabs, a little box appears in the bottom right corner of any scroll you are sending, which reads Gift Scarabs to xxx and then you insert the number you want to transfer. If you have not bought scarabs, this box does not appear. Additionally, you cannot trade your las...

Yes, you cannot trade your last 10 (the free ones you get at the start) but also you need to be a Nile Online Supporter, in other words to have bought scarabs. Once you have purchased scarabs, a little box appears in the bottom right corner of any scroll you are sending, which reads Gift Scarabs to ...

I thought that from a monument you could only send to your own cities or other monument. How is it possible to ship to another account's cities?

I think the account of brownboy has now been deleted. At least, I couldn't find it on either server. Not a great surprise, if it IS a duplicate account...

From the update notes: v1.3 - You get envoys at the same rate as spec points at your capital city. The only difference is that you don't start attracting envoys until level 7. They're just not impressed yet... - You always get some amount of bricks with these quests. The more expensive the quest, th...

Personally I do not want my cities to be attacked by other players but there are others for whom this may add something extra to the game. However, I have a concern... if the defender gets 24 hours to answer the scroll, what if they do not log in during that period? There are plenty of players who o...

If many people have vacated your area, then when bandits show up you have them to yourself. Yes, that is true. However from my observations once there are less than 8 (?) cities in a nome, then you just don't get bandits any more. At all! :( This happened to me several times in my first incarnation...

If it is left for long enough, the temple donations count down to a minimum of 150. I once saw it at 149.

My capital is level 19 and I get 5 envoys. You have to have your capital at level 22 to get 6 envoys and be able to do the Holy Pilgrimage.

My scroll to the other person I noticed with basalt has been answered - it was found on a Tomb Raid. Also he gave me a complete list of results and permission to post it here as he does not have a forum account: During the Tomb Raid quest your envoys uncovered ruins, earning you: + 1119 bricks in yo...

Son of Moose - which quest did you get the basalt statues from? Those seem to be rather rare!
