Not the least bit flighty nor are alot of other city builders but many of us thought being able bribe our way out of a fight was a step forward :D Alot of us care nothing for the military side of city building :D We would be very offended if all that way available to us was open play :(

Personally I didn't like MP for Emperor and don't think I would like it for CotN but it was more from a technical view point :D It was a pain to have to reconfigure my router if I wanted to play MP and since I'm such a chicken I wouldn't leave a port open so had to configure the router again :rolley...

We can only hope that the "market lady" is a thing of the past (she drove most us bonkers) :D It will be interesting to see how food and other goods distribution is handled ;) In the real world elite housing would have servants go to the market to buy food and goods which they might bring home or ha...

;) Getting raw materials from one city and selling finished goods to another city has been part of the trade in the city building games either for profit or for goods wanted/needed by your city :D So nothing new in that type of trade

Trade routes in the ancient world weren't actually roads :p So building roads between cities other than your own just wasn't done :D Besides for security sake one didn't make it any easier for enemy troops to attack :)

Keith sure hope the game(missions) takes more than couple of hours to play (hate those quicky missions) but something less than a week (shades of the last mission in Pharaoh) :p Missions that are too short seem to fail to fully develop the game, while missions that take too long leave me feeling as ...

Much as I loved the idea of a game based in China I don't think Emperor sold all that well ;) Seems most of the gaming public knows about Egypt, Rome and Greece but not much about the rest of the world's ancient kingdoms :D Personally I'm unbelievably happy to have a new city builder period :D edite...
