Default "This is sim city" Screenshots

Please put them here instead, I like looking at them, but it makes the other threads hard to read. Thank you.

*Note: I'm not advocating the publishing of long lists of screenshots, just hoping to get them out of the main threads.

Gasp! That is so much better than anything I have ever made, and I thought that I was a simi-decent SC player!

Great Photo barnatom but the only maxis content in that shot are the bridges but an interesting shot as it show s the limitations of sim city 4 with respect to everything being at 90 or 45 degrees , and the inability to get a streel level view .Also without a mod its impossible to get the embankment walls looking like that due to the way the game forms the terrain. Custom content i wonder if maxis ever tested sc4 with a 1.2gb pluggins folder .

Well, I posted this screen shot explicitly to show the wealth of the custom content that was made for SC4. So, of course, you are right.

Is this photo from "SimCity Societies", "SimCity Societies: DESTINATIONS", or, "SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition?

That'd be a heavily modded SimCity 4. Go to Simtropolis to get the mods and more screenshots.

No cars on the streets. No people in the city at all.

Obviously a typical dead SimCity4 city that sucks.

Thank God for Tilted Mill!

I'll put up another 10 SC4 pics from my Mayor's Diary- Three Rivers Region. These are taken from a few months back.

3RR-ST at Simtropolis [ linkie ].

3RR at SC4Devotion [ linkie ] - where these pics came from.

I think one image can express it better than 1000 words. What the SC4 fanbase expects from a new version, is it being able to create cities at least as good looking as that one:

less than this level is a disapointment for us. But I am sure you already know what can be actually done with SC4

( I havent seen any rule about images sizes, so I apologize if I broke any rule with that image. I can change it if necessary)

I'm impressed with these shots. I've never been able to sustain anything as huge as some of these metropolises!

I do like reading about what the SC fans love about their game and what it can do. SC5 will be different but hopefully it will be able to inspire this sort of appreciation.
