unable to connect on the servers

Him new on C4 online and i can't connect on the game servor (. I already read something about difficulty but i never found a solution did anyone know how resolve this puzzle ?

I have been trying to play online for the past few month, first i could not install the game( graphic card problems).. then i could not install the new patch... finaly today with the help of my sister i managed to install the patch....

but i can t conect to the server...
i have the TCP port open no antivirus on.. firewall off
i tried everything but i can t connect...

if the server is down now... would you please post a reply here to inform us when it is up so we can try to play online..

The servers have been down today, again. All you can do is keep checking periodcially to see if you can get in. No telling when someone will do something about it.
