C++ Runtime Error

Hello!

Here is my story:
Couple of days ago i bought Simcity Societies. After installing it i tried to play, but got the "Game exception" error. Well i readed something from the internet and updated Simcity to #5 Patch. Then i got this Runtime error. I went to internet again and saw ppl talking about vista hotfixes. Well i installed them too, updated my drivers. I dont know whats the problem, but i dont think its my computer. I have my DXDIAG here anyways so please help me. I want to play this game so much, cos im big fan of it.
