Unhandled exception...Line 348 ...Anyone?!!!

I just bought the Caeser IV game and when I tried to play it, an error message:

Game exception
Unhandled exception:n/a
Type: class TMill::Engine:3D:eviceManagerException
File: C:\TMill\Source\Engine\D3DDeviceManager.cpp
Function: TMill::Engine:3D:eviceManager::ChangeDevice
Line: 348

It then terminates. DxDiag attached. Please help as I'm very excited to try it!!

You don't have enough RAM. Minimum required is 512MB you have 248MB.
As a result you don't have a large enough Page File memory on your system as well.

Your video card is ancient (drivers are dated 2001) and not DX9 hardware compliant. It probably doesn't support T&L and pixel shader graphics.

Not enough room on drive C: to run the game, you have 1.5GB, the game needs 2GB min. Drive F: has enough room (just barely.)

You have a Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset and it may not be able to run the game.

You need a video card to run the game.

but the funny part is that the game was working b4.. then i upgraded to win 7 and i got this......

Your system has integrated onboard graphics supplied by ATI. The series type is the Radeon 1150 Xpress.

Unfortunately, the ATI support page does not have a driver update that supports Windows 7. The drivers for your 1150 is only supported with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Linux.

You may have to contact ATI and/or DELL for more help in obtaining a driver that will work with Windows 7.
