Default MINIMALIST patrician block. 25 villas

So some people wanted a patrician block that uses as less as equites as posible. Here it is.

Guidances for designing:
1. Block has 1 and only 1 of each service buildings;
2. Block has to contain as many villas as humanly posible.
3. All villas has to have service coverage that will permit them to evolve to grand mansions.

building inventory:
-1 of each entertainment building, circus is citywide, NO ODEUM (GM's need 4 not 5 forms of entertainment)
-1 of each shrine type, only 4 GODS (GM's need only 4 gods, not 5)
-1 school, library;
-1 prefect, engineer, tax office, forum, basilica (citywide)
-1 barber, clinic, hospital, bathhouse;
-1 food market, 1 basic goods, 1 luxury goods, 1 exotic goods (accompanied by 5 warehouses and 3 granaries)
-1 fountain, reservoir.

WARNING: AS it is now, the block will burn and fall to ruin in 6 months, is very unstable. Prefect, engineer and tax office coverage are far from perfect, so more of the respective buildings are required (8 prefects, 8 engineers and 4 tax offices recomended). Also for faster delivery of goods to patricians, I recomend building a 2nd delivery center.
Enjoy, and feel free to add any modifications to it. If u willing to add a 2nd reservoir u can get 2 more villas on.

One thing I've noticed is that patricians don't need a fountain or well! They seem to have indoor plumbing, so all you need is a reservoir nearby.

Another great block Zam, thanks for this. And about the library .. libraries have HUGE coverage, and from this shot I'm sure that it will extend beyond the borders of this small town.

Thanks, i didnt had time to run the simulation on the block, but it should work, all vialls have complete coverage of what they need to evolve to GM's. Of course u have to fill in blank spots, preferably with prefectures and engineers.
On library. Libraries have HUGE coverage area, higher than the coliseum. At some point in design process i had the coliseum and library next to each other, and library had no problem covering everything.
Warning, block wont offer u maximum culture. Is simply just the bare bones to get those sweet, money generating machines, called GM's , at minimum expense. Point is, since u'll lay down all those services to support gm's, wouldnt u want to be as many as posible, so u take full advantage of what u already put down?
Aqueduct is tucked behind the row of villas straight up, is hard to spot in the pic, and u can connect it from there to anywhere u want i guess.

Well here it is. Minimalist block. Sadly i cant evolve all houses to GM's. 22 made it, 3 refuse to, desirability problems. Right off the bat, sticking reservoir in middle of the city, or something i cant figure out. Anyway, if u want to use it, here it is, not my favourite design though. Soon, Ultimate block for download, TOGHETER with the minimalist one
