Connection to server cannot be reestablished

I *think* this means I'm being disconnected from the online caesar server, but I don't know why its happening 3-4 times an hour.

Nor do I understand the massive lurches in the game, locking everything up for up to a minute at a time, every few minutes.

Online Caesar is almost unplayable, and I don't know why. Its telling me nothing.

Sounds like a problem with your internet connection. I noticed some pauses in my online game when it was updating my info on the website with the current status of my city as I played. But my pauses were no more than a few seconds at a time when that occurred.
