Question Error ? i ned help

ive just gotten this game a few days ago and ive really liked it i was hoping to go online so i got the patch and then it asked me to restart after i restarted i tried to to get on the game so i could play and a error screen came up saying the following

Runtime error!

program :C:/program files/sierra/ceasarIV.exe this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in a unusualway. please contact the applications support team for more info

What do i do and what dose it mean were can i reach the support team..
and when can i play online ?

Could you please post your dxdiag, without it it's difficult to anything much.

Just in case here is how to do your dxdiag.

I can't see anything 'obvious ' there, but I'm not a real techie either, just a helping hand.

While we are waiting for Manni or Keith or Mouse to arrive you might have a look at this about Radeon x1300 drivers (your graphic card).

You will probably want to update those ATI video drivers with the latest version for your X1300.
