So, I was just trying to find a way to edit the pyramid textures, to include the nice, shiny caps that exist on the box, and supposedly in real life, back in the day.
Sadly, it is not possible. The only way i can cover the top of the pyramid is by editing the right and left edges of the DDS file. This can give me the cap, but it goes all the way to the base on all four sides. I can't quite figure out the pattern of the CEM file (not that I can check it ).It's a shame. It would be nice to have a nice, golden cap on our pyramids. Last edited by Yahya; 05-24-2007 at 06:35 PM. |

That's not possible as far as I know. The pyramids use only one set of graphics and the textures repeat on the pyramid surface. Also note that some buildings share the same graphics. My white-painted farmhouses textures also affected labor houses and mastaba tombs.
