Good stuff, I like how the game pauses when you loot. Can't wait for the release! Only gripe, the hearts above the heads when damage is taken looks a leeeetttllle bit chintzy.

I hope the combat is more interactive than it looks because that looked pretty bland. Looked like VERY basic hack and slash. Granted the videos are very low resolution so it's very possible there are a lot of activations of things going on in the UI that I couldn't see.

I've been more interested in the city building aspect than the hack and slash though so hopefully they complement each other nicely.

I think the combat looks interesting. More of an RTS driven by single unit types rather than purely a hack n' slash game.

Are all of the units controlled separately? I thought it looked like he was controlling one and the others were AI.

Looks good. I think the combat is character stat based and the player has little influence. You simply tell the characters who to attack and all the rolls are done behind the scenes. Sort of like the classic cRpgs like Baldur's Gate, but completely in real time.

I note that it in the picture below there is 25/50 regions explored. If you count the total, it seems there could be up to 100 (10/10)
Is that the largest map? I assume this is random, any word on an editor?

Judging from the region map the game area looks fairly big.

I really like things to be somewhat spread about. When it's so jam packed you have no where to retreat to. Games like Dungeon Siege are like that.

Oh course this doesn't look like a path based traveling but more of a wide open area.

Does anyone know if there are rivers and creeks or lakes?

The game play looks really fun, nice animations and great sounds all around.

I wonder if there are actual dungeons you enter and those are symbolized on the map by the doors. It would be cool too if you could go into towers and stuff.
