Default Bug - If my chainmail of fire is going to spit fire, I want an animation...

I just noticed that my chainmail of fire lights attackers on fire, but not just melee attackers. Range attackers across the screen also light on fire. If this is really supposed to work this way I'd like to see an animated fireball hurtling back at them...

Perhaps it is supposed to encourage some kinda spontaneous combustion on the attacking foe almost like a curse or something the armor inflicts? Personally I'd find that cooler than a fireball lobbing armor since that'd been done to death in Diablo and whatnot.

cross you are missing his point. He is saying the method of the attacker being on fire is delivered via a curse (as in magical incantation to harm) for attacking you.

That's a stretch. It still seems like something that should be delivered on contact.

Regardless of the technicalities of what's going on, I'm in favor of more special effects and flashing lights
