question about having multiple cities:

i just founded my second city. my question is, how do u send resources from one city to another?? i want to speed up production in my second city by sending resources from my first to my second. how can i do this?

Click on the exchange in your first city. Assuming you still have at least one ship, you can identify what goods to send to your second. Once you have an exchange and a ship in the second city, sending things back is done the same way.
