The two screen images below show my system clock and the values at one of my cities. The production over the 25 minute interval is much less than it is supposed to be based on the green numbers.
For example: 2:01 bread 789 bricks 975 2:26 bread 812 bricks 979 change bread 23, should have been 115 bricks 4, should have been 23 Debug Info [u:3448 array ( 27188 => 'Catophilopolis', 26933 => 'Bennunebu', 27666 => 'Mauneferdua', )array ( 27206 => 'Cacao Sphinx', )] |

As posted in another thread, consumption rates are correct, production ones are not.

I also posted this in the palace upgrade slowed thread. Mine is doing the same slow down, just most noticeable in the growth of workers coming into a newly upgraded city.

So what shall we do? Take everyone off their jobs until it's fixed?

I don't know if this is just a watched-pot thing, but I think my goods are coming in slower than promised. Can you tell if your consumption of raw materials was happening at the normal rate or a slower proportional one? Because otherwise, I'm putting all my workers on 100% unemployment. And I have trades to fulfill!

I'll check in about 30 minutes, I've got one set of screenshots for 3:30, then I'll take some 4:30 ones. I'll be able to tell what's happening better then.
I hadn't considered shutting down production, because it's slow, not stopped, but if I'm losing money because consumption isn't down, then it's time to go to vacation mode until the glitch is fixed. |

At the very least, your employed workers are still eating bread at the rate of one bread per hour, and the production of bread isn't going to be keeping up. Even if you make your living off market sales, someone has to be baking more bread than they eat or it all stops.

Yep, I did some math. Produced 6 limestone in 35 minutes with 104 workers. Bread consumption LOOKED right (but didn't actually time it the same.) I have now taken everyone off of production, but i still got 135 troops eating bread though...

Production for me is currently running at about 5 minutes for 1 minute.
This is Hetephinushr Bread # 30192 @ 134 per hour Bricks # 1327 @ 146 per hour Bread took 5 minutes to go from 30190 to 30192, Bricks from 1325 to 1327 It should have taken 1 "tick" or minute, so I'm making 1 minute worth of production every 5 minutes ![]() This is Cledwyn Limestone # 2111 @ 63 per hour So I should be making 1 a minute, it took 5 minutes to go from 2110 to 2111 Also the game log is taking about 8 seconds to load which is very unusual as it's virtually instantaneous normally. Uh-oh. It may be a transcription error, but either way, I'm getting eaten alive!
Around 4:00 server time, I recorded the amount (5594) and production rate (96/hour) of bread in dibru. Fifteen minutes later I have 5549 bread. Now, this may just be that I mistyped the last two numbers, but in that case, I haven't made any bread, instead of 24 (96/4). Worst case scenario, I actually lost 45 bread in 15 minutes (-180/hr). I can't actually afford that! Debug Info [u:3327 array ( 27037 => 'chandi', 27044 => 'srina', 27014 => 'dibru', )array ( 27053 => 'Monument', )] |

I've decreed that nobody shall do anything in my nomes, but the troops will still be fed. I'm a bit concerned about losing time for the bandit camp, though.

It now looks like consumption is also at a reduced speed. in 8 minutes 135 soldiers have consumed 0 bread...

I can confirm that consumption seems to be at a slowed pace, too.
Here are my two screenshots from one hour apart. Everything with a green number is growing, just slower than it should. Everything with a red number is decreasing, but slower than it should, too. So, I'm not losing money, at least. |

I just measured the length of time it took to do one "tick" or recalculate consumption/production.
Instead of every minute it is currently taking 6 minutes to do one "tick". (well actually I timed it at 6 minutes 10 seconds but that was using only a second hand and relying on the screen updating to tell me the "tick" had taken place") So production/consumption of 60 per hour is currently running at 10 per hour.
