Email Notification

I'm working on setting up a forward from my gmail account to my cell phone so my phone rings when I get messages. I'm wondering if anyone is using the email notification and can tell me the email address/domain that email comes from.

my e-mail notifications come from web @ tiltedmill . com (without any spaces, of course )
