Case of the soggy large statue!
 This is a follow up to my missing statue issue, I went back to an earlier saved game, deleted my original dock and created a new one, I now believe I needed several docks as a local barge may have been blocking the delivery the whole time. Oh's however you all may find this picture amusing

Ohhhhh Yay! Praise Isis!
 I finally figured it out! I had a path leading down into the Nile that was underwater during the flood, I deleted the part that was underwater and they off-loaded my statue onto the shore! Cult temple all dedicated!
