COTN will not play

COTN installed fine, and will play the logo and intro video when run, but then goes to a black screen that reqs a cntl-alt-del to exit. All other parameters for my system look good (drivers, direct x, sys reqs, etc). Attached is my diag txt...any help out there?

Since you got through the intro, and your video drivers are up to date, and you have a new video card, I would say that your audio drivers are slightly out of date and updatig them may help.
