Is there any way to clear all roads at once as we click-and-drag as doing same thing to buildings?
Oh man, when I tried to rebuild my city last night without starting over , I cleared all buildings first and roads next, arg, I had to click and drag my mouse on every single line of road network. It was a nightmare to me, for sure ![]() I've heard of combination of keys + click-and-drag as Shift+mouse; Shift+Ctrl+mouse; Shift+Ctrl+Alt+mouse... nothing works ![]() Any tip/trick/help? |

Not that I'm aware of.
When I've tried the drag delete method some of the roads segments reappear in areas that I've already gone over. |

I am new here. I finally decided to come out here because I could not get the laborers to haul the stones to the temples. On the first map I had no problem having the laborers build steles, but the quarry for the temple stone was ont he other side of the water, even after having it delivered through trade, the laborers would not haul them to the temple. On the second map, I built barges and barge landings on each site that was divided by water whether it was during the flood or not...no avail. Can anyone help? The overseers go to the site, everything I need is in the trading post, what am I doing wrong?

Kokanee, have you applied the patch yet? The issue you are describing sounds very much like a problem resolved by the patch.

Just might help.I've had that problem too. Its like a mis-communication between them. As soon as the overseer is at the quarry, switch his job to oversee construction. It might work?

Since you have a stelle or two, I assume you have a overseer, at least four laborers, and a stone carver. Make sure that all those houses have adult males livinging in them. If they don't delete the house and build a new one in it's place. There is a chance that one or more of them may have died. Since the "stone" is across the river, you need a barge landing on both sides of the river and you need a shipwright with cedar wood supplies so he can make a local barge. The local barge will shuttle the stone from one side to the other. There may be a bug where the game stops delivering stone after three temples have their dedication statues. If you have three temples with statues and now can't get any more statues erected tell us. This is just a hunch. While temples look nice you can get buy with just dedicated shrines. Shrines don't require statues from outside sources, they come with their own statue. So if your construction projects elsewhere in the city have stopped because the overseer is still waiting at the temple for a delivery of basalt for a dedication statue, delete that temple and go with a shrine instead for the time being until any new patch can track down any potential bug. This should free up the overseer to watch over other construction sites in the city. |
