Going to gather rushes?

These guys have been standing there admiring the Nile for the past couple of years. All are brickmakers or brickmaker brats, and if clicked upon, they will claim to be going to gather rushes.

It seems to me I've seen something in the forum about this, but can't find it. Anybody have any ideas?

Nevah mind. turns out they wanted to get on that reed boat, but it was blocked by shipyard.
