I tried setting up two exchanges on different ends of the map with one scribe servicing each. Instead Scribes #2 kept crossing the map to service the first built exchange, even passing by Exchange #2 next door to his home.
There is something in the in-game manual that says the more scribes at an Exchange the more people can be served. If I max out the number of scribes at Exchange 1 do Scribes local to Exchange 2 then start working locally? Or is it basicly one Exchange per map? |

I guess that depends on if people are using Exchange #2. If no one's using it then try scrapping it to see how that works.

I've been able to operate two exchanges at different sides of the map. I have two scribes set to just work exchanges, and they're nearby. I don't know how often they're both open at once, but I know it's happened at least once.
Here's a request for the devs: Add "scribe satisfaction" lines to the priest and security satisfaction screen - x / 2 operational exchanges, xx merchants in / xx merchant centers. And PLEASE, some static display line showing that I've managed to count a whole 57 of 444 farms this Shemu... ![]() |
