I thought that feature was found in every CB game, but I was mistaken. I discovered emperor recently. And when you want to open a free game, you chose the name of the city, but have no idea about the climate, the size of the map, the difficulty, etc. I hope this will be givent in C4 just like its former counterparts...

In fact that I did not like in Emperor: you have a random map generator, so that is good, but I would like also the possibility togive the carachteristics to the scenario you want to play and decide the city. If I remember well to a seed that you gave always corresponded the same scenario, but it was too complicate for me to take track.
