If people listed the reasons, then their vote would no longer be private, now would it?

I have to agree that this forum is the friendliest, peacefulliest one I've ever known in almost 12 years on the Internet.

It could be that the utmost characteristic to become a CBer is PATIENCE. We also have had too many "hot" discussions in here, but never got out-of-control in debates.

People treat others very nice/funny in here like a family

Contrast to that, the greater amount of nasty/damn forums out there, the ones I just hop in and hop out right away...

I love "Plebs are needed"

I vote "absolutely."

Granted, there are a few evil little monkeys around here, but that's what makes it all the more entertaining.

Okay!

I'm a new face. I would say this is a pretty decent forum. I can't really compare it to others as it's been at least three years since I last participated in a forum. I will be lurking here for the foreseeable future but only time will tell if I become a great conversationalist. I was never very active on the old forum, apart from the occasional cry for help and judging from my previous posts here, some things just don't change.

Anyhow, I'm enjoying my time here so far. I even recognise a name or two from way back.

I think we're all a bit b-o-r-e-d http://bestsmileys.com/bored/2.gif at the moment so our usual scintillating conversation is going through a temporary lull. We await with baited breath for any crumbs of stimulation that TM may care to throw our way but in the meantime it's all a bit 'same folk, same talk'. Just stick with it cos you never know what you might miss if you turn your back for a minute. http://bestsmileys.com/zapped/1.gif

Since a few people voted "could be better": What could be improved?

Personally, I enjoy the forums here, It's not only the close-knit community, but also the really neat layout and the speed at which the pages load. Most forums these days are extremely overloaded, everything flashes, information is hard to find/read, the layout jumps in your face, and so on. I've always enjoyed the more "mature" flair of the TM forums, and that includes the audience, too. It's just a fine place in cyberspace!
