Added thread "Gameplay Efficiency Tips" that was started by Kilash.

We are nearing the time when I will need to organize things a bit to make this easier to read. I might divide it up by categories, e.g.: Food, Infrastructure, War, etcetera.

As I was writing that, it occurred tome I could group things by the build menu categories as well.

Any suggestions there?

I have completed another semester of school, so I have some time.

Does anyone refer to this thread, and if so, are any improvements seen? I intend to revamp this thing and make it a bit more pretty. I will be looking around other forums for layout ideas, as well.
