It is possible to buy Caesar IV on GOG.
I like that to have games not tied to CD or DVD.

Just saw it, i've replaced my old pc with an ultrabook so this is great for me.

I am going to watch the summer sale (ends in 5 days) and see if they add this title. Still holding out hope they will add Emperor someday and then I can die happy. Just noticed the Ancient City Builders bundle - Pharaoh/Cleo + Zeus/Poseidon + C3 + CotN is on sale for 80%off for the summer sale.... $7.16 USD is an amazing deal. Thanks for the heads up!
