Caesar IV in Virtual Reality The Sequel !

Postby sitearm » Tue Jan 23, 2007 5:57 am

It has been "suggested" (ow ow ow Kiya alright already leggo my arm dang it) that we have another "Caesar IV in Virtual Reality" party for the following reasons:
. Because we can
. Because there's food leftover from the September C4 Gold Release party
. Because more fools from TM, I mean, enrollees, are bouncing about SL wondering what "SL" means never mind "TM"
. Because we want screen shots from the REAL game not just the demo version [ooh with Your Name Here o..O]
. Because the Tea Party Gang will do ANYthing for a party
. And most of all because it's fun

So... contact Kiya (ahahaha Kiya got ya') about what you most want to learn or do in virtual reality such as....
. Set Home Here
. Build A Home
. Find the Playboy Mansion (oopsies.. that's just for Wodin...)
. Make a thing (for silly hats see Schmophitt)
. See a virtual city
. See Commercialism Run Rampant in VR
. See Sci-Fi Sims
. See Ancient City Sims (Romes, Egypts, Amsterdams oh wait...)
. See a Fashion Show
. Play Golf
. Sail
. Scuba Dive
. Watch King Faticus try to animate his wine press while we stand about making 'suggestions' and witty remarks
. Your answer here...

P.S. Yes it's true what they say, it's just a giant chat room *sob* in virtual reality with immersive photorealistic / or fantasy / or cartoon graphic environments or... (recovers my point) it's just a place where people meet people from all over the world and talk and play and work and build and cyber (oopsies) and talk and stuff except with custom tailorable avatars nothing really interesting here now move on, move one about your business...

well re time zones and all... Virtual Reality Time is by definition GMT-8... just a convention cos people there meet from all over the world blah blah... (btw Aussie time makes my brain cringe every time I figure out what time it is in Angel's World... it's like 17 hours ahead of today or 7 hours behind tomorrow except on leap years or springlight dayvings time)

Sooooo..... last time we had a VR party we had these two time slots:
. Saturday, 12noon-2pm pst aka 8pm-10pm gmt - US/EURO hours
. Sunday, 2am-4am pst aka 10am-12noon gmt - EURO/AUSSIE hours

Sooo0o..... howsa that sound?

The Caesar4 Patch Party is approaching and people from all over the world are coming ... so are The CrAzY Dancing Celts too...they know when you sleep... and even more importantly they know about the hole in your walls by the river.

Any man who is brave enough to proudly wear a dress is a formidable opponent. And the women look pretty and innocent, but they are armed with deadly pixels and aren't afraid to fight dirty.

Be prepared to bribe them or fight them. :D

Party planning is hot hot hot … and what will you when you burst into flames? That’s right…. you’ll jump into a fountain. :D
Thank goodness there is one in every Caesar 4 world. Happy party planners go on dancing there.

Rnett and MD, you are not treating your plebs with the dignity they deserve! Raise their wages, I'm sure they'd like to buy exotic wares and especially foreign clothing. Then they'd love you. :p

So, lately I've been hanging out with those crazy people in the pics, watching them prepare for this party. I just have to say, if the party is half as fun as the preparations; you will be so sorry that you missed it. Don't.

If you come just long enough to see all the crazy things Kiya and King have collected for your entertainment, it will be worth the trip. You never know what crazy thing Aester is gonna pull out of her pockets, but I bet big bucks it will crack you up. She's got a million of 'em.

Between Kiya, Aester, Sitearm and King it has turned into the place to be in SL. I know, people are constantly popping in to find out what's goin on. More than a few have finagled an invitation before we could get rid of them and serious (eh hem) work could continue.

I usually have to leave before very long cuz I get a cramp in my side from laughing so hard. But don't take my word for it, it has to be seen to be believed anyway. JD

You are all most welcome!
