If you haven't scrolled to the bottom of the agreement do so.

If you have and it still won't display the I Agree button then try changing the size of your text font. You can do this quickly by holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard as you move the scroll wheel up or down to make the text larger or smaller. Then try scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the agree button.

You can also change the font size from the desktop properties:

1. First, make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the window using the right scrollbar.

2. If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard, as you move the scroll wheel to change the size of the font.
Making it larger or smaller may allow you to access the accept button.

** Make sure to use the scrollbar on the right side of the dialog window with every change of font size.**

3. If the above steps did not correct the issue, check to make sure the DPI settings for the fonts is set to Normal.

-Right-click on your desktop and choose Properties
-Click on Settings tab
-Click on Advanced button
-Click on General tab
-From the DPI Setting menu choose Normal size (96 DPI)
-Click OK, and then Close.

Try the game installation again.

These instructions may be slightly different for Win 7. I have XP so I can't verify that there is any difference or not.
