Well done alexasrosa! We knew you could do it :D

When you say that the volcano is too much for your PC, were you playing with weather effects on? I'm not sure if its the simultaneous burning down of everything in the city that causes the problem or just the combination of that with the blizzard... ;)

Thanks ! So proud of myself ....

yes, I had the weather effects on.
Other than that it's in the minimum recomended settings.

Regarding the 'volcano', can someone post a screenie of what it looks like erupting?

kach posted a nice screenie over at C4 heaven.

The eruption is "simulated" - pretty much all the buildings in the city catch fire and there is simultaneously a blizzard representing falling ash from the sky.

I also posted a screenie here (curiously enough in the same post that the beauty rating was born),

Those are some of the most beautiful KABLOOEYS that I have ever seen... bar none, except for the upcoming Iceni Queen of course. ;)

Well, only you are mad enough to think THOSE kabloeeys are beautiful, aramann. :p Mind you, come to think of it...

I liked the Mons Argaeus kablooeys so much that players will have a chance to experience something similar (but a little worse) in Labors of Herculaneum ;)

You are right about the kabloeeys - they are great and I especially like teh smoking ruins that are left :D The only thing I had left standing - besides the fountains were the silly 'celery' trees.

I'm having so much fun :) and thanks for saying to turn up the weather effects. My old computer wouldn't handle too much of that and I never thought to turn them up on this one

I've been away for a few days and had time to plan my city. Didn't help me much. I got all three request completed, paid attention to the engineers, but neglected the security :(

I'll get it next time ;)
