How to download attachments?

How to download attachments?

Trying to download some, tried both IE and Chrome and no luck. When I click a new window opens but nothing downloads.

Downloading files is disabled and most of the files have been lost over time due to server changes.

Attachments have been re-enabled recently, in case anyone is still wondering. ;)

Not only that some of the original uploaded files are back.

I can see some of my original Caesar IV screenshots, and I downloaded (COTN scenarios) Azeem's El-Lahun and the Grad's Barrel of monkeys :eek: .
