Here are some more downtown shots (there are 5 others at the end of previous page, just FYI). the tour of downtown will be rather lengthy, but I think you will enjoy it quite a bit (just wait until we get to the waterfront shots!):

oh, comments! yay! I like attention! (lol) ;)
pcgamer2 - thanks for that observation. I like to experiment with building placement. having all the buildings immediately touching a road all the time gets boring. I like to design my cities with the mind of a modern architect - think outside the box!

Hilde - yeah, I know destinations is here, but, I don't have it yet. I'm still not too sure about the download only version (it makes me kinda nervous not to have a hard copy back up).

Fleetwood - thanks for comment on the park, it is one of my favorite spots in the city.

Sim-Maire - thank you for visiting and I am glad that you like it.

now we will continue our tour of downtown:

and because I have so many picks to post, I will give you 8 more right off the bat. This is a little place in downtown I like to call "The Square" (ok, its not the most original but it works).

I love that city! :) Before I saw the screens posted in this forum, I only put buildings faced to the road, I didn't realise I could create town squares, but it's so good looking! ;)

I really wish Tilted Mill included some cities with the game like Maxis usually does. This would be a great city to add to the list if Tilted Mill ever decided to add pre-made cities in another patch or something.

pcgamer2 - Most of the modded content is my own, all of which is available in the mods section. I probably spent about 2-3 hours a day for 2 months on this city. when I game I go extreme!

GTNS - glad to be an inspiration, thats what the CJ is for (and for my ego...lol)

Javokis - thanks for the compliment and I too would love to see one of my creations distributed with a professional product.

now we shall continue with our tour of downtown. these next set of pics are of the city from the waterfront view (these are some of my favorite shots):

Wow, its been awhile. I never really finished this CJ although the city was completed a long time ago. So, in order to finally finish what I started I present the last of the Fable Falls pics.

This next set is of the Downtown at sunset.

This next set is of an area that I am quite fond of. It is the slums of Fable Falls. I am fond of it not because it is pretty but because it makes heavy use of my custom decorations, especially the industrial and garbage packs.

I have a lot of slum pics...

I have a lot of night shots too because I think the slums just look more interesting and dangerous at night.

The people in slums have to work somewhere and this factory is the best place around.

And for my last update to Fable Falls I bring you the local strip mall. all those downtrodden works have to blow off steam somewhere.

Awesome. I like how you manage to harmonize SCS's odd assortment of buildings into something stunningly realistic. :)
