What's going on here? No discussion?

Eerie silence.

The last we heard from the devs is that the "Orc Lords" is going to be used for some other release. Wonder if they're making a standalone expansion?

That's what I was thinking... but no one with TM said either way.

Jeff put his Nile cities on vacation mode. Maybe they are having a rest, thawing out before another release for us to massage?

Well my guess is they are working on something new for release or at least testing for the big new game show that comes every year :D Don't think they ever get time off

I really hope they're working on something new. If you look at the members list however (sorted by join date), there are only 6 Tilted Mill Team Members registered within the first 1200 users in that list... Jeff being on vacation is not a good sign, I would think. Well, I really really hope they make it through the tough times we're living in.

Yes, it's quiet all over the Insider boards, would be great hearing something from them.

Hmm... maybe they just went to some Carnival parties. ;)

That there are so few registered Tilted Mill folks is not what bothers me, that so many familiar names are no longer registered as TM is scary.

Well I contacted Jeff by PM he said they were moving and to get back to him last week :) But I was busy so I didn't get back to him last week RL took over for me. As to the loss of TM names I think they did a big expansion when they took SC:S development so they might be downsizing to a more indi friendly size just a guess nothing offical :p

"Got Game Entertainment"

Looks like they've got a publisher.

The only disturbing part of this is that in the FAQ, it says that..
Quote:
Who created Hinterland: Orc Lords?
The game was developed by Arberth Studios and is published in North America by Got Game Entertainment.

Seems That I recall testing orcs in Hinters. TM is not mentioned at all, unless TM has a spin off company?

I would like to have the essentials on this situation, so I can either advertise this game or ignore folks who do not give their due to the makers. TM is on the box, but not in the FAQ. The old momma in me is getting concerned.

Lenny Eusebi? Mat Williams? Keith Zizza? Greg Sheppard? Tony Leier? Matt Zimmitti?

David Beebe? Will Jennings? Paul Garrett? Mike Gingerich? Chris Harvey? Mike Lattiak? and probably more...

Most of them have new jobs at different companies, and Good Luck to all of them!

Arberth Studios is not among these companies as far as I know...

Google yields this: http://www.arberthstudios.com/ so my guess is that in the FAQ it's just a typo, but it should be corrected with highest priority, of course!

Well I did hear back from Jeff this week asking if we still were having a problem.
