Mount up!

Postby Matt Zimmitti » Mon Oct 06, 2008 7:04 pm

We are proud to announce another new exciting title in the works for you guys. Mosby's Confederacy couples a strategic campaign with real-time combat set in the American Civil War. The story of John Singleton Mosby is a great one, certainly worth reading about and definitely perfect for a PC game.

Once again, as the game takes shape, we'll be counting on you for feedback to make it the best game it can be. We're shooting for a unique and very replayable experience in Mosby's Confederacy and the target is well within our sights!

Welcome all, and thanks for your continued support and ideas.

-Matt

If it's another $20 download, I'm in.

Would like to see a better building/person management evolve from Hinterland.

Also am curious how endless streams of Union Blues will not become look-alike repetitive.

This is GREAT news! We've been looking for a good new ACW game for a very very very long time. There are a group of us that still play Civil War Generals 2 online so if any of you commanders wish to join us let me know and I'll point ya in the right direction.

Busy bees for sure! This looks like it will be another buy for me. Can you do Hello Kitty next? That way I won't get into to much problems with my better half. Can't buy them all you know ;)

Looks fun! It will be neat to see how some of the Hinterland mechanics can then be applied to a much more real world/historical arena!

Wooohoo! Never played a civil war game of this style, I especially like the details such as 'earning towns support', 'soldiers gain experience and abilities in battle'...this means it's not little lumps of dots, but individuals in your infantry...very cool, and cannot wait to play it!

You remember how some games used to have a "Boss" button, that would bring up a fake spreadsheet when you hit it? We need a "Wife" button. When you hear your woman coming, you hit it, and it brings up a screen that reads, "Pleasuring Your Woman-Goddess" or something.
