I was allready desperate where to keep the bread. Now, let's see what it delivers for it.

The way I see it

Tomb = 500 lux x 10 bread per = 5000 bread
Mediterranean = 1000 lux = 10,000 bread
Journey = 1500 lux = 15,000 bread
Holy = 2000 lux = 20,000 bread

Medeteranian ~ bread = 7750
Journey ~ bread = 10,500

That is keeping the boats the same & cedar = 5

15 boats = 15 x 25 cedar x 5 bread per + 15 x 25 = 2250 bread
30 boats = 30 x 25 cedar x 5 bread per + 30 x 25 = 4500 bread

Our bread comes from the market. ;)

They do seem a bit cheap. In bread cost terms, the Mediterranean costs less than the Tomb quest.

i.e. 2,250 bread for ships plus 1,500 more bread makes it 3,750 compared to Tomb at 5,000.

Reed is probably taking the bricks reclaim into consideration, Ivy, & creating a gradient.

My question is

Why?

The bricks are replaced with a speedup & should not be considered at all.

Could be.

5 envoys are now on the Journey to Punt. in 11 hours 53 minutes I'll find out what sort of construction bonus they get me. ;)

Edit: Now I get to build some more boats :)

Hrm, have to wait for my scattered envoys to form a foursome.
Anyone with a hint what these new quests will mean for us?
Anyone finished one?

This is going to cause a run on cedar!

Only 4? Should be like 8 hours if the Journey is 10.

I was actually expecting 6 & 9 hour speedups from the new ones.

Thankx for the Lab Report, Malkata! You too, Ivy! :)

~ ~ ~

This completes every promise Reed made to us for Nile Online. Quests & scarabs from Quests.

Mission Accomplished

Thank You, Reed! :)

How do you get the new quests? Do you need more than the six envoys? All I see are the Nome, Desert, tomb and holy ones.
