Well, I see prices like that all the time. It doesn't mean they get actually sold.

Right now, this is what I see around your capital, +/- 10 nomes: 20 listings for bronze (lowest: 5/per). Did you copied and pasted the highest prices in your market? Eleanor seems like an overoptimistic trader. I wonder if they ever sell anything.

You say you didn't produce that much. Even at your low production rate, you still needed to sell at least 1500 bronze per day with two bronze cities. Plus the bronze from the "loop hole". That's a lot of bronze to sell at a high price.

I'm curious. Exactly how do you thrive with 4 level 1 cities? Do all the resources stay at level 1 too?
I think it would be fun to try.
Next life.

Just kinda noticed this 2 year old thread. You can't do that so quickly (16/24 years, etc) without being heavily aided imo, in whatever form (favorable trade rate, "pay later" unlimited credit card, etc.). Still interesting to see.

...just bored looking around the internet, i saw nile online in my bookmarks.
so, i was wondering if i should bother playing this game again. then realized its been 2 years! wow!

thinking back on it, (and looking at my posts) i have changed a lot.(hopefully my posts now are more understandable :D ) i was 12 when i did it. meaning i didnt get much homework, and i could check on it often because i could play on my ipod. but basically it would of taken longer if i didnt have the amazing deals. and i guess since i was young(er) i didnt WANT to play a spreadsheet game. i didnt WANT to play like everyone else. i WANTED to try something different, efficient, and a how new formula (to say) on how to plan out and play.

edit: i remember the fire i mentioned earlier! good times... good times....

oh, should i still play the game? or try? or is it completely dead now? and if so which sever?

It's not dead, but it isn't as populated as it once was.
