Yet another major loss :-)
» [1:46 am] Shipment of 50000 [clay] from Chabua arrived at Doom Dooma. 94 of your ships sailed onto the floodplain and had to be abandoned!
Never knew transporting clay would be so costly. But, I am a cedar producer, and I don't mind the loss too much. Actually, it gives me a new activity to engage my city in for mostly it is only continuous upgrades in what is now a basically dead Sabah.
Cheers!

Cracks me up! LOL
I send out quite a few 26 cedar to New Players.
Does the number 26 have any significance?

That was 108 out of 500, which is 21.6% of the total ships. But look what happened now:
» [1:06 am] Shipment of 16591 [perfume] from Tinsukia arrived at Doom Dooma. 40 of your ships sailed onto the floodplain and had to be abandoned!
This is a loss of 24.1% of the total ships that I sent to sail.
Again, no problem. I need some activity.

I never send more than 20 in any one group. Keeps the loses to more managable numbers.
Well, that's a perspective. However, as a cedar producer I don't think much. Besides, on the flip side you get this http://www.tiltedmill.com/forums/showpost.php?p=278386&postcount=146
