So, we might have an African American, and a woman running in 2008.

How cool is that? Real Choices.
It's about time we moved forward like this.

yes bex, her house literally floats in the sky... I sometimes join her on the balcony where we watch the sun set :) you would be amazed at how nice the sky looks when your the only thing in it for miles.

Oh! So it's up in the sky! No wonder I couldn't find it the other day, when she teleported me there. I was looking all around for her house or for her to show up (on ground level), when I finally spotted some ads for some really slick cars that got me distracted. Then she teleported me to the C4 area, the place I wanted to visit in the first place.

Now wait a minute, you have cars in SL? How cool is that? But, does anyone really need them? I mean, with all the flying and the teleportation.

Patrician 2 & 3

Now that the thread has already been hijacked once, I will hijack the hijacked thread further.....

Can you tell me what the major differences between 2 and 3 are? I have 2 myself and having looked at the box of 3 in the game shop now and then, I have a hard time spotting what the differences could be. Could you enlighten me on this?

Basically what happened was that they released an expansion pack for 2 (also released Patrician 2 Gold with the expansion included) that added a LOT of things discussed by fans.

This was released in the UK and other countries as Patrician 3 for some reason.

Basically:

Patrician 2, Patrician 2 Gold and Patrician 3 are all one and the same. Well.... not exactly true as vanilla un-upgraded 2 is a significant step back on some issues that they put a lot of effort into.

If they seem the same, it's because they basically are!

Patrician 2 is the older game. Patrician 2 Gold & Patrician 3 are the same game, just different marketing names for different countries.

Thx for the info, Rnett and Spearthrower. It seems that it was not without reason, that I couldn't tell the big difference just from looking at the box. :p
