San Diego is such a pretty place, love the sea side area. But I suspect Tinkie knows something we don't. Why else would she say that?! :o

Florida has Pesky Hurricanes
Pennsylvania has Pesky erratic weather and Tornadoes
California has Pesky random summer fires
California has Pesky Earthquakes
California has Pesky San Fransisco....

Hi angelisis,

In response to your original question, YES i do play World of Warcraft
and NO my toon is not on your server, I belong to Azjol-Nerub realm. :(

I have to admit, I never thought I would enjoy a game as WoW, but i really, really do.

The problem with Hinterlands that I see, is, that it appears to be a 2D game,
just a remake of Diablo, Baulders Gate or others like it. While they were cutting edge at the time, they IMHO are somewhat outdated.

I guess, part of my enjoyment with CoTN and WoW are the beautiful graphics and ability to look around at your enviroment. Honestly, WoW exceeds CoTN in this area.

But I still love CoTN

:)

@ Karter

I do not think u can compare a kick harss CB with WoW we play em for diffrent reasons. If I wanna quest and lvl my sexy lil hunter then I play wow if I wanna build a purdy city and have the pleasure of making little peeps happy in thier homes then I play cotn or pharoah. But your right on one count I love love sorta hate WoW it is tops fun but can hugely take over ones life.
your server is that US? did a quick scan through the servers and could not find it.

hey we got you all to start a Tilted Mill gang on stupid SL maybe i can make a guildy of tilted mill fans on wow........heehee

@ king and your better off without the crap.....SL blows :D

I used to play World of Warcraft on Ragnaros server (EU PVP). I didn't like the game itself that much after a while but I was in an incredible guild and that kept me playing. When the guild collapsed though, I began to play less and a few months ago I finally decided to cancel my subscription.

I just can't see the appeal to the game. All that grinding, leveling...it just doesn't make me feel like I've achieved anything. The same was true with Star Wars: Galaxies - I played an Entertainer for a year or so and loved it but the profession was so buggy and so widely ignored by the developers that I just gave up. To me, an MMORPG should be about either actually roleplaying or working together as a community to achieve something significant.

And for the record, SecondLife must be fed to Ammit. I couldn't even finish the tutorial, the controls were horrific and you have to pay a small fortune if you want to do anything major.

hahha 70% of people drop out before finishing the tutorials in SL
and the people that do continue are often illegitimate alts

I got lucky and made several friends who gave me large swaths of land free of rent so I was more fortunate than most.
then most of them quit because of .... drama! :D

as for wow.. I do not like it.. you never feel like you accomplish anything and it devours time like nobodies business
it is the social side of the game that keeps people playing

PS people keep leaving the Tilted Mill Gang in SL.. but truth be told the ones that left are all drama whores anyways ;)

Thank goodness we are different with different tastes and preferences.
I let people enjoy the things they love and I hope I can do the same.

Well now WOW, interesting game, lovely graphics and colours. Most of all I love the music. This is one of my favourites. Link here.
